Winter weather is more likely to confirm your workouts to the gym. But summer offers the perfect conditions for outdoor activities like swimming, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball. Also, try mat Pilates, aerobics, and aerobic routines in your yard, at the park, or other outdoor spots.
Incorporate More Fresh Fruits + Vegetables Into Your DietThe summer season yields a plethora of delicious fresh fruits and vegetables. And these all-natural foods are brimming with essential nutrients your body needs to support peak physical fitness. Local farmers’ markets are great resources for the freshest organic produce. If you’re feeling more adventurous, consider planting a small garden to grow your own fruits and vegetables.
